OTIS

We worked closely with OTIS to create multiple global campaigns responsible for motivating, educating, and connecting the employees within the company. Especially during COVID, we collaborated with the President of the Americas division and Heads of HR and marketing to create a vision that would inspire sales and build culture. This involved gathering hundreds of recorded assets from their employees around the globe in order to create compilation videos on gratitude, safety, and best practices during the pandemic. We also filmed nationally on-site for larger projects. In a time when quarantine was the norm, we created dozens of videos that showcased global representation of their teams and successfully navigated the company through quality upheld performances during the pandemic.
